CCRI has served as Invest STL’s data and analytics partner since early 2021. As part of that partnership CCRI has supported a variety of Invest STL projects including their innovative Wealth Building Pilot in the West End neighborhood of St. Louis. CCRI advised Invest STL staff on various aspects of program design on this unprecedented pilot and served as data partner to determine appropriate eligibility criteria for potential participants. This included conducting a first-ever comprehensive assessment of resident displacement risk in the St. Louis region and developing tools to accurately determine resident tenancy. CCRI continues to support program evaluation through data collection and benchmarking.
